TSP® Galvanised Malleable Cast Iron Pipe Fittings are FM Approved and manufactured to EN10242, the current European standard that has replaced BS1256 ensuring consistent dimensions, reliable mechanical strength and full compatibility with EN10255 steel tube and pipe.

Manufactured from high quality blackheart malleable cast iron that conforms to EN1562 and finished with a hot-dip zinc coating, they offer a strong, ductile, corrosion-resistant solution for many applications - especially those where moisture, weather exposure or corrosion are of concern. Our wide range includes elbows, tees, sockets, unions and more, all available for UK-wide next day delivery, subject to stock.

Should I choose black or galvanised malleable iron fittings?

Choose TSP® Galvanised Malleable Iron Pipe Fittings when extra corrosion resistance is required for outdoor and water pipes, while Black Malleable Iron Fittings are perfect for gas and oil applications or dry indoor applications where corrosion isn’t a concern.

Do you offer beaded or banded fittings?

Every one of our TSP® Galvanised Malleable Iron Pipe Fittings are beaded, which means there is a single raised lip that is designed to hold flexible hoses or gaskets in place. Beaded pipe fittings provide a tight seal and are resistant to mechanical stresses such as bending, torsion and vibration.

Banded fittings have a band of material fitting around the outside to provide extra strength against external forces and impact.
